This agreement establishes clear communication, mutual respect, and professional boundaries to ensure a meaningful and empowering tarot reading experience. By signing, both the Tarot Reader and the Client agree to the terms outlined below.

1. My Commitment to You

As your Tarot Reader, I commit to:

Providing professional, ethical, and compassionate guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Honoring your privacy and maintaining strict confidentiality unless legally required to disclose information.
Creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and respectful environment where you feel supported and empowered.
Offering services rooted in my expertise, including intuitive tarot readings, shadow work, energy healing, angel card readings, magnetic mind recodes, and coaching techniques.

2. Your Commitment

As my client, I ask that you:

Approach the reading with an open mind and respect for the process.
Understand that tarot readings are tools for self-reflection and personal empowerment, not a substitute for professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Respect the ethical boundaries outlined in this agreement, including restrictions on third-party readings and requests for certain topics.

3. Participation and Communication

Tarot readings are a partnership, not a performance. The most meaningful and impactful sessions happen when we work together openly and honestly. While I use intuition as part of my process, your active participation is essential for creating clarity and insight.

This is not about “testing” psychic abilities or seeing if I can guess something before you share it. It doesn’t make the reading more valid if I guess versus you telling me directly. What matters most is the dialogue we create together, which allows us to uncover the guidance and answers you seek.

By engaging fully, you ensure a session that’s valuable, empowering, and tailored to your needs.

4. My Services

I offer tarot readings and related guidance sessions that focus on personal insight, reflection, and empowerment. Each session is a collaborative exploration designed to help you align with your goals and uncover deeper self-awareness.

I do not provide readings specifically about individuals who are not present in the session. My focus is entirely on you, your energy, and your experience. Through our work together, I aim to empower you and enhance your self-awareness, equipping you to navigate your relationships with greater clarity and make empowered, informed choices.
Readings for Minors: Readings for minors must be approved by a parent or guardians. Readings will be conducted with the utmost care and will reflect a supportive, guiding tone, similar to the wisdom of a loving mentor. All clients, parents or guardians must be 18 years or older.
Medical, Financial, and Legal Advice: Tarot readings are for entertainment, spiritual guidance and personal growth only. They do not replace professional advice.

5. Empowerment and Personal Responsibility

Tarot readings are a collaborative tool for self-reflection, insight, and empowerment. While the guidance provided can be meaningful and thought-provoking, it is ultimately up to you how seriously you take it and what you choose to take away from the session.

The insights offered are not definitive answers but opportunities for exploration and personal growth. You hold the power to decide how these insights apply to your life. Your actions and decisions are entirely your responsibility, and the reading is meant to support—not replace—your own intuition and judgment.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Accepted methods include most major credit cards through Stripe.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking and is expected at the published rates unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to the session.
If a client wishes to propose an alternative payment method, exchange, or barter, negotiations must begin with client’s detailed proposal. Without such a proposal, payment will default to the published rate.
Retainers/Long-term Coaching: For clients seeking ongoing guidance, retainer opportunities are available. Retainers offer a cost-effective option for bundled sessions or long-term tarot coaching, providing consistent support at a negotiated overall rate. Please inquire for more details if this option interests you.

6. Appointments

Sessions are conducted in-person, via email, online (Zoom), or via phone, depending on the client’s preference, most effective and logical, and availability.
Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Only one reschedule is permitted per session.
Late Arrivals and Forfeiture of Appointments: Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Punctuality is essential to ensure we have the full time available for your session. I will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you have not arrived, gotten on a call with me, or logged into Zoom by then, the appointment will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I may, at my sole discretion, choose to extend grace in unusual circumstances. However, this is entirely my prerogative and should not be expected.

Some clients have argued that purchasing a session entitles them to arrive at any time within the booked window, but I firmly maintain boundaries to honor both my time and my other clients. For the benefit of everyone, please respect the 10-minute policy.

7. Sessions

Each session is tailored to your questions, intentions, and energy.
The focus of the session is to provide clarity and insight, but outcomes are influenced by your free will and choices.
Sessions are not predictive guarantees but tools for empowerment and personal reflection.
Environment and Presence: To ensure the best possible experience, the client is asked to join the session from a quiet, uninterrupted space where they can be fully present. This is a sacred time for self-reflection, and distractions can interfere with the flow of the reading.

Please avoid driving or being in a moving vehicle during the session or joining from overly public or noisy places where background conversations or crowds may be disruptive.

By creating a calm and focused environment, the client allows the session to unfold meaningfully and with the depth it deserves. The client’s commitment to being fully present ensures the most empowering and transformative experience.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will not be shared with third parties unless disclosure is legally required.
Session recordings, if applicable, will only be made with prior mutual agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through open communication. If necessary, mediation will be pursued before legal action.

10. Limitations on Liability

I am not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the reading.
Readings are spiritual tools for personal insight and entertainment; readings do not replace professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters.

11. Other

This agreement is subject to periodic review and updates.
By signing, you confirm you are 18 years or older and have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
